Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 ½ cup oil
  • 0.5 ½ cup sparkling mineral water
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

For decoration:

  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • Food coloring, blue
  • 8 gummy bears, wine bears or similar
  • 1 bag / s sweets, sour rubber snakes (sour worms)
  • 4 marshmallow (s), mini
  • 10 g chocolate couverture, dark

Instructions

  1. Put the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl, stir and pour into a muffin tin. Bake at about 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Then let it cool down.
  2. Melt the couverture in a water bath. In the meantime, cut the marshmallows in half and stick the sticky side to the rubber animals (vine bears). Put a dollop of couverture on each eye as a pupil. Then each head gets a mouth made of couverture (it`s best to use a toothpick to help).
  3. Mix the lemon juice with the powdered sugar and the blue food coloring so that the mixture is not too runny. This is spread on the muffins and an octopus face is placed on each muffin. Finally, 5-8 acid snakes are attached to the octopus head as octopus arms. Press everything onto the icing.
