Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 40 g suar
  • 75 g butter, melted
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Butter for greasing the mold

Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the flour with the milk, then add the eggs, whisked with sugar and salt. Then mix in the warm butter.
  2. Grease the molds well and fill about halfway with the batter. First bake in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for 25-30 minutes, then turn the oven up to 170 degrees and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
  3. Keep the oven closed!
  4. I serve with vanilla sauce and fruit.
  5. If you don`t have a Pfitzaufform, you can also use normal ceramic cups.
