Ingredients

  • 800 g potato (s), new
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 1 piece (s) pointed cabbage
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 150 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 150 g yourt
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut into wedges.
  2. Heat half of the oil in the pan and fry the wedges over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Clean, quarter, wash and cut the cabbage. Remainder Heat the oil in the pan, fry the mince for about 5 minutes, season lightly. Add pointed cabbage and cook for another 10 minutes, season to taste.
  4. Cut the chives into small rolls. Mix the hollandaise sauce and yoghurt, heat up. Stir in the chives.
  5. Add the potatoes to the cabbage mince pan, fold in. Pour the sauce over it.
