  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, vegan

  • 400 g tomato (s) (pizza tomato)
  • Vegetables your choice (e.g. zucchini, olives, date tomatoes, mushrooms)

Instructions

  1. Bring the vegetable stock to a boil. Sprinkle in the polenta and immediately reduce the temperature. Stir in the margarine and herbs if you like. Let the polenta steep for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly (the cooking times and the addition of water for polenta can vary from variety to variety, so it is best to read the packaging again.)
  2. Now spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it cool down. In the meantime, cut the vegetables.
  3. Spread the pizza tomatoes evenly on the dough, season to taste and top with vegetables to your heart`s content. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C at 180 ° C for about 20 - 35 minutes.
