Ingredients

  • 800 g pork fillet (s)
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Flour
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (juice it)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 200 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet into finger-thick pieces. Salt and pepper the meat and bread it with egg and flour. The meat is now seared in the oil on both sides. Then take out the meat and let it cool down.
  2. Sear the diced onion in the roasting fat.
  3. Wipe the mushrooms with a paper towel, cut into slices and mix with the juice of half a lemon.
  4. Grease the large baking dish and press the garlic clove, using it to rub out the dish.
  5. The meat is now in the baking dish, over it the braised onions and at the top distribute the mushrooms.
  6. Mix the sweet and sour cream, season with salt and pepper and pour over the whole mixture.
  7. Now put the whole thing in the oven at 180 ° C for 45 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the cheese on top for the last 10 minutes.
  9. We usually have croquettes and salad, but a baguette also tastes good.
