Pork Ribs Marinated with French Mustard (in Foil, on the Grill)

I want to share with you an original recipe for cooking pork ribs on the grill. Pork ribs are marinated in mustard marinated. Mustard softens the meat and gives it a piquant taste, while its grains form a pleasant crust. The ribs are cooked in foil, making them very juicy and tender.

Cook: 3 hours 35 mins

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs – 700 g
  • French mustard, granular – 100 g
  • Barbecue seasoning – 5 g (1 teaspoon)
  • Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Cooking the marinade. Pour sunflower oil into a bowl, add shashlik seasoning, granular mustard, salt and black pepper. Stir and let the mustard marinade brew for 5 minutes.
  2. We spread the ribs in the marinade. Thoroughly rub the marinade into them and send them to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. We turn the ribs every hour so that they are evenly marinated on all sides.
  3. We put coal on the grill and kindle a fire. When the coals burn out, pour water over the fires so that there is no open fire.
  4. We spread the ribs on the foil.
  5. Wrap the ribs in foil and put them on the wire rack.
  6. We send a grill with pork ribs in a mustard marinade to the grill. Cook the ribs for about 20 minutes, turning the wire rack every 5 minutes.
  7. Then unfold the foil and cook the pork ribs on the grill for another 10 minutes.
  8. We remove the grill from the barbecue.
  9. We release the ribs from the foil and put them on a dish.
  10. We serve pork ribs to the table.
