  • 250 g herrin fillet (s)
  • 0.5 ½ small apple
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 pickle (s)
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the herring into bite-sized pieces. Wash the apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into rings. Cut the pickles.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let it steep for at least 4 hours, or better overnight.
