Ingredients
- 300 g lamb`s lettuce and rocket, mixed
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 150 g feta cheese
- 3 tablespoon olive oil, good
- 3 tablespoon apple balm, preferably with max. 4% acid, or very mild apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon honey

- Wash the field and rocket salad, pluck a little if necessary and place in a large salad bowl. Cut the strawberries and peppers into pieces and add them to the salad bowl. Mix well together.
- Cut the feta into small pieces and pour the honey over them. For the sake of simplicity, I put the honey-coated feta in the microwave for gratinating at 800 watts for about 30 - 40 seconds. The feta cheese can also be briefly gratinated in the oven at approx. 180 ° C for approx. 10-15 minutes.
- Put the melted or very soft feta in the salad bowl with the other ingredients while still warm and mix everything together. The cheese disintegrates completely when mixed with the other ingredients and spreads perfectly throughout the salad and spreads its taste. Add olive oil and apple balsam and mix well again.
- It`s a wonderful summer salad that looks great and is quick to prepare.
