Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 90 g parmesan, fresh
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
  • 30 g almond (s), round
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the tomatoes from the oil, making sure to save the oil. Puree the tomatoes, parmesan and garlic. Add 6 tablespoons of the tomato oil. Now add the ground almonds and stir in the orange juice.
  2. Finally stir in enough olive oil until the mixture becomes nice and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
