Ingredients

  • 50 g Grana Padano, rated, or Parmesan
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 130 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated
  • sea-salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Roughly cut the chives with scissors.
  2. Toast the pine nuts in a non-oiled pan until golden brown.
  3. Create some zest from the organic lemon. You also need about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
  4. Put all ingredients in a tall container and puree with the hand blender until it has the desired consistency. Season again with salt, pepper, etc.
  5. A super quick and delicious pesto is ready, which goes particularly well with pasta, fish or fresh bread.
