- 50 g Grana Padano, rated, or Parmesan
- 50 g pine nuts
- 1 clove garlic
- 130 ml sunflower oil
- 1 bunch chives
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated
- sea-salt
- Black pepper
- Chilli flakes

- Roughly cut the chives with scissors.
- Toast the pine nuts in a non-oiled pan until golden brown.
- Create some zest from the organic lemon. You also need about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
- Put all ingredients in a tall container and puree with the hand blender until it has the desired consistency. Season again with salt, pepper, etc.
- A super quick and delicious pesto is ready, which goes particularly well with pasta, fish or fresh bread.
