Ingredients

  • 500 g rhubarb
  • 125 g suar, (or more if necessary)
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

  1. Peel the rhubarb and cut into small pieces. Then bring the rhubarb to the boil in a saucepan with water and sugar and simmer until the rhubarb has boiled to a pulp. Mix the vanilla custard powder in a cup with a little water. Remove the saucepan from the hob, stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil again briefly.
  2. Depending on the variety of rhubarb, a little more sugar and / or water is required.
