Ingredients

  • 500 g pork schnitzel
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 250 g potato (s)
  • 500 g leek
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • 100 g cream
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 250 g carrot (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into strips, season with pepper and 1 tablespoon curry. Pour the soy sauce over it and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into sticks, clean the leek, wash and cut into rings. Heat the oil in a pan, season the meat with salt and pepper, fry in it and remove it.
  2. Sauté the vegetables in the frying fat and sprinkle with the remaining curry. Add the stock and cream and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Strength with
