Ingredients

  • 300 g turkey meat, cut into cubes
  • 7 carrot (s)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • butter
  • Flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 liter broth, (vegetable or chicken broth)

Instructions

  1. Sweat the chopped onion in a little butter, add the meat and fry slowly.
  2. Add the sliced carrots and sweat briefly, deglaze with hot stock and cook for 15-20 minutes. Add the creme fraiche, season with salt and pepper,
  3. Thicken with a little roux, then add a pinch of nutmeg to taste.
  4. Spätzle go best with this, but it also tastes very good with boiled potatoes!
