  • 2 slices sheep`s cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • 6 tablespoon sauce (Texicana Salsa)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Place the sheep`s cheese in a baking dish, chop the garlic and sprinkle on the sheep`s cheese. Then drizzle with olive oil. Wash and core the peppers, cut into small pieces and then place around the sheep`s cheese in the baking dish. Mix the cream with Texicana Salsa (amount depending on taste and heat). Pour the sauce over the peppers and feta cheese. Then cover the baking dish.
  2. Bake everything together at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes, if necessary remove the lid 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  3. Note: Instead of just peppers, the dish can also be combined with onions, leeks, aubergines, courgettes, etc. as you wish. Serve with white bread.
  4. The gratinated sheep`s cheese tastes particularly good when served with grilled dishes in summer. To do this, put the sheep`s cheese in an aluminum dish and place it on the grill.
