Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 180 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 60 g e liqueur
  • 200 g flour, (405)
  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 0.5 ½ point baking powder
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 dash eggnog, for glaze
  • 70 g powdered suar, for laze

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggnog until frothy. Sift the flour, cornstarch and baking powder.
  2. Eggs and flour mixture are alternately stirred into the foamy mass at speed 1.
  3. Line the loaf pan (25/10/7 cm) with sandwich paper. Pour in the mixture and bake at approx. 160 ° C for 45 minutes.
  4. If the cake has a small skin (after approx. 10 minutes) carefully cut into it with a sharp knife so that the cake can rise evenly.
  5. After cooling, cover with eggnog glaze.
