  • Wheat flour – 140 grams
  • Cottage cheese – 100 grams
  • Butter – 120 grams (100 g in the dough, 20 in the filling)
  • Sugar – 100 Grams (1 tablespoon in the dough, the rest – in the filling)
  • Milk – 1 tablespoon. spoon (or water)
  • Baking Dough – 1 Teaspoon
  • Vanilla Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
  • Strawberries – 250-300 Grams (weight peeled from tails)
  • Corn starch – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Salt – Pinch

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.

  2. Start by making the dough. Rub oil at room temperature with 1 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.
  3. Add cottage cheese and grind again until smooth.
  4. Stir in the sifted flour and baking powder for a fairly coarse crumb.
  5. Pour in 1 tbsp cold milk and knead the dough. Add a little more flour if needed. Roll the dough into a ball, place in a bag and set aside for 30 minutes. (or more) in the refrigerator.
  6. After the dough has cooled and set, divide it into 3 or 4 equal portions.
  7. Roll each piece into a cake.
  8. Now you can prepare the filling. I do not recommend doing it in advance, because strawberries let juice very quickly. Cut strawberries into slices.
  9. Mix gently with sugar and starch.
  10. Spread over the center of the tortillas.
  11. Form biscuits by lifting and pinching the edges of the dough.
  12. Put 2-3 small pieces of butter in each biscuit and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

  13. Let the biscuits cool completely and sprinkle with icing sugar. Have a nice tea!
