Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Sugar – 150 Grams
  • Flour – 160 Grams
  • Butter – 100 grams
  • Vanilla Sugar – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need. Eggs should be chilled for fluffy dough.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer at high speed until fluffy. This will take about 5-8 minutes, depending on the power of your mixer.
  3. Add flour in a third of a glass, stir in it gently with a spoon, moving clockwise.
  4. Stir in the softened and sliced ​​butter. Stir well and knead into a soft, elastic dough.
  5. The shortbread dough is ready. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
