Tan-based Okroshka

We offer to cook okroshka, the basis of which will be the most useful drink, it will add sharpness to it. In order for this dish to be not only healthy but also satisfying, in addition to tan, we will season okroshka with chicken broth.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 400 g
  • Large potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Selected eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • Tan (fermented milk drink) – 1 l
  • Sour cream – 250 g
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Greens (onion, dill) – 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet well, put it in a saucepan with water and put on the stove, season with a pinch of salt. After the fillet is tender, remove, and cool completely. The broth is also set aside to cool, it will be useful to us at the end of all processes. Tear the fillet itself into pieces with your hands, you can also cut it with a knife.
  2. Boil the eggs, remove the unnecessary top layer, chop into squares.
  3. Peel the pre-cooked potatoes and cut them into square segments.
  4. Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into thin slices, then into neat strips. You can also use another slicing method – grate or chop into squares.
  5. Rinse a bunch of green onions under running water, chop into rings.
  6. Chop the dill as finely as possible.
  7. Put all the prepared ingredients in a deep saucepan.
  8. Mix well and add the indicated amount of sour cream.
  9. Now you need to dilute the thick mixture with liquid ingredients. Pour in the cooled chicken broth.
  10. Then fill the pot to the brim with the addition of tan.
  11. At the very end, squeeze out the juice of a whole lemon with a fork, add salt according to your preferences.
  12. Load the container on the refrigerator shelf to cool down.
  13. Pour cold okroshka into small plates.
