Ingredients

  • 300 g tofu
  • 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • some oil, vegetable
  • some salt and pepper
  • Spice (s) your choice
  • possibly soy milk (soy drink)

Instructions

  1. Dry the tofu a little with a paper towel. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan. Crumble the tofu directly into the pan with your hands. The tofu pieces should look something like scrambled eggs. Fry the crumbled tofu for about 10-15 minutes in the pan until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the sesame seeds and continue frying briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and spices. Paprika and curry, for example, are suitable for seasoning, they also give the tofu a beautiful yellow color. If the tofu is too dry, you can add a dash of soy milk.
  3. The dish can be varied simply by adding vegetables (e.g. onions, mushrooms, peppers, peas, etc.) to the fry.
