  • 125 hazelnuts, ground
  • 70 sugar

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, butter, hazelnuts, sugar and salt together well. The easiest way to do this is with your hands and about 5 minutes of patience. When everything is well mixed - especially with the butter - and no longer crumbled, form 1-2 rolls of dough. Chill for about 20 minutes on a board or plate in the refrigerator.
  2. Cut the rolls of dough into small pieces with the knife and form crescent-shaped croissants. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make sure there is enough space between the croissants. They expand a lot when baking.
  3. For the amount I need 1 1/2 baking sheets.
  4. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C fan oven. Bake croissants for approx. 10 - 12 on the middle rack. Be careful not to get too dark. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar through a small sieve.
