It is a dish consisting mainly of pickled fish or shellfish, typical of many Latin American countries along the Pacific coast. Many versions are depending on the country or region, but they all consist of seasoning and pickling the product in citrus acids such as lemon, lime, or orange.
Ingredients

Ingredients
Cut into medium diced vegetable fish slices and place in a bowl. Slice the onion and remove the centerpiece. Cut the rest of the onion into julienne strips and place in the fishbowl. To cook your fish, check out the vegan fish recipe found on my profile.
Place the onion in a blender with half a nori seaweed leaf, 3/4 coriander, 3 cloves of garlic, peeled ginger, salt, and lemon juice.
Crushed the contents of the blender for a few minutes, then let the mixture sit for 20-30 minutes.
After aging, strain the mixture and leave it to liquid. This way we get tiger milk marinated vegan ceviche.
Pour the tiger milk into a bowl, mix well and let stand for 20 minutes.
In a bowl of vegetable fish and onions add a chopped clove of garlic and a quarter bunch of chopped cilantro, cut the other half of the nori seaweed with scissors, and cut the red pepper into strips.
