  • 0.25 ¼ cup wheat flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup soy milk (soy drink)
  • 4 slices toast, vegan


  • Mix the flour with salt, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, sugar and nutmeg. Then add the soy milk and stir everything well. Place the toast slices in the mixture, prick several times with a fork and turn until they are completely saturated with liquid. Then put in the heated pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides and serve with jam or syrup.
