Warm Chicken Liver Salad

Chicken liver with honey and cream.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver – 260 g
  • Cream from 20% and above – 260 ml
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (6-10 g)
  • Honey – 30 g
  • Soy sauce – 30 ml
  • Lettuce leaves – 60 g
  • Balsamic sauce – 20 g
  • Vegetable oil – 15 g
  • Butter – 15 g

Directions

  1. Cut the liver into pieces. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the liver in a mixture of vegetable and butter, stirring occasionally. When the liver is slightly fried (after 1.5-2 minutes), add chopped garlic, soy sauce, honey, cream. After a minute, put the liver on a large plate.
  2. We spread the pieces of the liver along the edges of the plate, tear the lettuce leaves in the middle.
  3. Pour balsamic sauce over the liver salad. The liver salad is ready. Bon Appetit!
