Ingredients

  • salt
  • 100 g bacon, streaky
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400 g spahetti, thin (spahettini)
  • 3 tablespoon cheese, freshly grated (pecorino)
  • 3 tablespoon cheese, freshly grated (Parmesan)
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Bring plenty of salted water to the boil in a large saucepan. Cook the spaghettini in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the bacon into small cubes and leave in a non-fat frying pan. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic and add to the bacon. Fry until translucent over medium heat.
  3. Drain the pasta and mix the bacon mix with the spaghettini. Mix in a little oil, then the grated cheese and finally the parsley. Serve immediately.
