Ingredients

  • some walnuts
  • 1 small apple, e.g. Elstar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry compote
  • 50 ml cream
  • 1 packet puff pastry, from the refrigerated shelf

Instructions

  1. Chop the walnuts in the Tupper-Multi-Chef or another device. Core and peel the small apple, add and also chop very finely. Add the vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cream and cranberry jam and mix everything together.
  2. Halve the puff pastry, place one half on the flour-dusted Happy Chef. Use the measuring spoon to pour a little of the baked apple mixture into each of the small hollows. Place the second sheet of dough on top, flour a little and roll up the small dough snacks with the rolling pin.
  3. Then bake the small dough pieces in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
  4. Simply delicious warm!
