Baked Potatoes with Cabbage

For those who avoid fried or meat dishes, a simple oven recipe is useful. The main components are few – potatoes and cabbage, besides, they are always available and budgetary. For spice and mouth-watering flavor, use hot peppers, garlic, curry, and paprika. Thanks to this cooking method, vegetables will be tender, soft, and aromatic.
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 400 g (5 pcs.)
- Cabbage – 100 g
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Hot red pepper – 20 g (to taste)
- Vegetable oil – 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
- Ground paprika – 0.25 teaspoon (to taste)
- Ground curry – 0.25 teaspoon (to taste)
- Ground black pepper – 0.3 teaspoon (to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Parsley (for serving) – 1-2 sprigs
Directions
- Take the groceries on the list. You can use hot peppers and seasonings as you like. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
- Chop the cabbage into large squares. Cut the chili into medium slices. Chop the peeled garlic or pass through a press.
- Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes.
- Put prepared vegetables in a bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, ground pepper, paprika, and curry.
- Mix everything.
- Place vegetables in an ovenproof dish and cover tightly with foil, parchment, or lid. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees, until potatoes and cabbage are soft.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh herbs over the finished dish.
- Serve the potatoes baked with cabbage hot.
