Baked Potatoes with Chicken Fillet, Cheese and Cream

A very tasty and satisfying dish from available products – baked potatoes with chicken fillet, in a sauce of cream, melted cheese, and mustard. I cook potatoes with chicken according to this recipe, when I need to feed my family quickly and without problems.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
  • Potatoes – 5 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Processed cheese – 3 pcs.
  • Cream (I have 15%) – 200 ml
  • Mustard (I have spicy) – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – for lubricating the mold
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onions – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Cut the peeled onion into small cubes.
  3. Grease a small form with vegetable oil. Put the potatoes and onions in a mold, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
  4. Cut the chicken fillet into plates, cover with cling film, and beat off with a kitchen hammer on both sides. Rub the chicken fillet with salt.
  5. Grate the processed curds on a coarse grater. Add cream, mustard, and salt. Mix everything.
  6. Place the chicken fillet on the potatoes and onions. Pour the cooked creamy sauce with cheese and mustard over the potatoes and chicken and spread with a spatula.
  7. Put the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees on a medium level. Bake potatoes with chicken for 30-40 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped green onions (or any other herbs). The casserole is hearty and delicious.
