Ingredients
- 1 port. Dough (Hermann dough)
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 cup flour
- 0.5 ½ cup sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 0.5 ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g butter
- 200 g suar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 Table spoons milk
- 200 g almond (s), sliced
- Fat for the baking sheet

- Mix the Hermann batter with eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt and melted butter by hand until smooth and then spread on a well-greased baking sheet.
- For the topping, melt the butter, sugar, honey and milk in a saucepan. Mix in the almonds and let everything cool down. Spread the topping on the dough and bake the cake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). Then let cool down well.
