Ingredients

  • 1 glass black salsify (680 g)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 packet herbs, frozen (8 herbs)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon Miracel Whip Balance

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs in boiling water for about 8 minutes, then quench and peel. Drain the salsify.
  2. Chop the salsify, boiled ham and eggs and place in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper, add Miracle Whip and stir gently. Finally, mix in the frozen herbs and mix everything well again.
