  • 300 g bulur
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 cube broth
  • Oil, for frying
  • pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Curry powder
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 packs cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the bulgur in a saucepan with about 500 ml of water and the stock cube. Simmer until the liquid is absorbed. Then let it soak for about 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, chop the onions and garlic and sauté them in a pan with a little oil.
  3. After about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, season the bulgur to taste with pepper, chilli, curry. Then mix in the onions and garlic and fold in the cream cheese.
  4. Still warm or cold as a side dish, spread or salad, very tasty and can be combined with anything.
  5. You can form meatballs from the mass, then bread them in sesame seeds and fry them on both sides for 3-4 minutes in a hot pan with melted butter. Delicious with salads or vegetables.
