Burger with Minced Meat and Cheese Cutlet

The cutlet for this burger is made from ground beef with the addition of blue cheese.

Ingredients

  • Minced beef – 450 g
  • Blue cheese (crumbled) – 30 g
  • Tomato (sliced) – 4 slices
  • Onions (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1/8 teaspoon.
  • Burger buns – 4 pcs.
  • Large lettuce leaves – 4 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, onion, cheese, salt, and pepper. Form 4 identical round cutlets with a thickness of 1.5 cm from the minced meat.
  2. Heat a large grill pan (grooved) over medium-high heat, brush with oil. Put the cutlets on a preheated pan, fry for about 6 minutes on each side.
  3. On each half-base of the bun, put one cutlet, a slice of tomato and lettuce, cover with the other half of the bun.
