Butter Buns with Apples and Condensed Milk

Butter homemade buns with apples and condensed milk prepared according to this recipe are delicious, sweet, soft and fluffy.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Flour – 2.5-3 cups (200 ml glass)
  • Dry yeast – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon

For filling:

  • Apples – 2-3 pcs.
  • Boiled condensed milk – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Egg (for greasing buns) – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil (for greasing the baking sheet) – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Heat the milk until slightly warm.
    Mix 3 tablespoon. tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of sugar and yeast.
  2. Pour dry yeast mixture into milk, stir with a whisk so that there are no lumps, and place in a warm place.
  3. After 10-12 minutes, the dough for the dough will be ready.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
  5. Add egg and vegetable oil, mix well.
  6. Pour in the matched brew, mix.
  7. Gradually adding flour, knead the dough first in a bowl, then knead thoroughly on the table. You may need a little less flour or more than indicated in the recipe, depending on its properties, but it is important not to overdo it with flour, otherwise the dough will be “clogged” and will rise poorly.
  8. The yeast dough should be soft, elastic, not stick to hands and table. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put to rise in a warm place without drafts for 1 hour.
  9. After an hour, the dough will come up and increase significantly in volume. It needs to be kneaded and put back in a warm place for 20-30 minutes for the second rise.
  10. For the filling, grate apples, sprinkle with sugar, leave a little sugar for sprinkling on buns. You can add cinnamon to apples, I did not add.
  11. Divide the dough into two parts. Set aside one part and cover.
  12. Roll the second part of the dough into a rectangle. Grease the dough evenly with a thin layer of boiled condensed milk.
  13. Spread half the apple filling on top of the condensed milk, after draining the juice from it.
  14. Roll the dough rectangle into a loose roll.
  15. Using a knife, cut the roll into pieces about 4 cm wide. Do the
    same with the remaining dough and filling.
  16. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Put the stuffed rolls on it vertically, at a short distance from each other, but not tightly. Let them come a little more, 10-15 minutes.
  17. Grease roll buns with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar.
    Put a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  18. Bake yeast dough buns for 15 minutes. Then, without opening the oven, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake buns with apples and condensed milk for another 10 minutes.
  19. Put the baked homemade buns with apples on the wire rack, cool slightly and serve with tea, coffee or milk.
  20. Delicious and aromatic buns with apples and condensed milk are ready.
