Cocktail “Sun Rays”

Like the bright rays of the sun suddenly appearing from behind the clouds, the cocktail surprises and pleases with extraordinary freshness, taste, vitamins. Here is the recipe for the Sun Rays cocktail – an irreplaceable drink for a cheerful start to the day.

Ingredients
- Green apple, peeled and chopped – 1 pc.
- Carrots, peeled and chopped – 3 pcs.
- Peeled mango – 1 pc.
- Orange juice, chilled – 150 ml
- Strawberries – 6 pcs.
Directions
- Grind the apple, carrot, and mango in a blender or food processor.
- Add orange juice and strawberries. Mix everything until smooth.
- Strain through a fine sieve, pressing down on the pulp with a wooden spoon.
- Pour the cocktail into glasses with ice cubes and garnish with a circle of orange.
