  • 1 tablespoon lard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Paprika powder
  • marjoram
  • water

Instructions

  1. Heat the lard. Fry the ribs vigorously. Then add the chopped onions and let everything take some color. Now add the seasoning with 500 ml of water. Let everything stew for about 1 hour.
  2. Season to taste, add seasoning if necessary and thicken with butter. Boiled potatoes and hearty vegetables such as beans, red cabbage, savoy cabbage, etc. also taste great.
