Ingredients
- 200 g meat sausae
- 200 g cheese (Gouda)
- 2 onion (s), small
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 4 tomato (s), firm
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 can corn kernels
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
- 1 pinch paprika, hot pink
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Black pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- sugar

- Cut the meat sausage, cheese and peppers into fine strips. Cut the onions into fine rings. Core the tomatoes and cucumber and cut into fine strips, drain the corn. Mix all the ingredients together.
- Mix a marinade from vinegar, oil, mustard and spices as required and fold it into the salad.
- Let it steep for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Baguette and grilled meat also taste good.
