Donuts with Cherry

And for dessert – wonderful donuts, ruddy, appetizing, very tasty. Your guests will not resist these sweets, no matter how much they lament the calories and other obstacles on the way to sweet pleasures.

Ingredients

  • flour – 350g
  • egg – 4-5 pcs.
  • cherries (fresh, pitted) – 100g
  • milk – 300g
  • dry yeast – 40g
  • sugar – 150g
  • vegetable oil – 1 l
  • butter – 50g
  • icing sugar – 100-150g
  • nuts (crushed) – 50g
  • salt to taste.

Directions

  1. Stir flour with dry yeast, brew with hot milk, and let rise. When the dough rises, knead it well and add 4-5 yolks, whitewashed with 70 g of sugar, salt, melted butter, protein foam, mix thoroughly and leave to rise.
  2. When the dough comes up, roll it into two layers and cut out circles with a glass. Connect the circles in pairs, having previously stuffed them with cherries. Pinch the edges.
  3. Deep-fry the donuts. When they are browned, remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on a sieve to drain off excess fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with crushed nuts before serving.
