- Cut the endive salad into wide strips. Do not drain and add directly to the saucepan with the salt. Now cook for about 5-10 minutes. Then tie with the light sauce and season to taste. Of course, you can also make a roux instead of the light sauce.
- It tastes best with boiled potatoes with meatballs (minced meatballs).
