Ingredients

  • 4 wrap (s)
  • 0.5 ½ glass spread (curry mango spread), e.g., from Alnatura
  • 0.5 ½ pack falafel, e.g., from Alnatura
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 100 g herder cheese
  • 1 packet rocket

For the sauce:

  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First prepare the falafel according to the instructions on the packaging. Ideally, form balls 2 - 3 cm in diameter.
  2. For the honey-mustard sauce, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
  3. Wash the rocket. Cut the tomatoes and the shepherd`s cheese into small cubes. Briefly heat the wraps in the preheated oven or in the microwave. Caution: not for too long, otherwise they will no longer roll well and will tear.
  4. Spread a thin layer of cream on the warm wrap and top with the tomato and shepherd`s cheese cubes. Halve the falafel balls and spread them on the wrap as well. If you like, add the rocket and 1 tablespoon of the honey and mustard sauce to the other ingredients. Finally, fold the wrap. To do this, first fold in the lower end and then fold both sides inwards.
  5. Alternatively, corn or parmesan also go very well with it.
