  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 500 g tzatziki
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • Oil for frying
  • possibly tomato (s)

  • possibly corn kernels, drained

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a pan with hot oil and crumble it into small pieces. Occasionally turn the mince in the pan until the mince is well done. Slice the cucumber into thin slices. Either cut the feta cheese into wafer-thin slices or crumble it into very small pieces.
  2. Briefly heat the wraps as described on the packaging (about 20 seconds in the microwave) so that they can be rolled more easily later. Provide the tzatziki.
  3. Spread about 2 tablespoons of tzatziki all over the top of each wrap. Then spread a good 3 - 4 tablespoons of minced meat on each wrap and, if you like, the thin cucumber slices and the feta cheese.
  4. So that the wraps can be rolled more easily, the edge of the covered wrap should not have too much coating. It is easiest to hold the rolled wrap together if the last end of the wrap is only coated with tzatziki and thus adheres better to the rolled wrap.
  5. Either consume immediately or individually roll the wraps in aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator, depending on your preference. They also taste great the next day if they are a little pulled through.
  6. If you like, you can top the wrap with other ingredients - for example with tomatoes, olives, onions, corn, etc.
