Fast Okroshka with Sausage

Many will agree that the most popular dish during the summer is okroshka. We offer you a simple and quick okroshka with sausage. You can take kvass purchased, you only need to cook eggs. Okroshka is cooked without potatoes and without okroshka dressing.

Ingredients

  • Kvass for okroshka (white) – 2 l
  • Fresh cucumbers – 1-2 pcs.
  • Boiled sausage – 450 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Fresh dill – 3 branches
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar (optional) – to taste
  • Sour cream (or mayonnaise) – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare products for quick okroshka with sausage, cucumbers, eggs. Cook hard-boiled eggs (8-10 minutes) cool under cold water.
  2. We prepare a spacious dish (saucepan) in which we will combine the chopped okroshka ingredients. We start with fresh cucumbers. Peel the cucumbers. Then, using a knife, we give them the shape of small cubes.
  3. We do the same with boiled sausage.
  4. The next ingredient is boiled eggs. We peel them, then just chop with a knife. Add eggs to the rest of the ingredients.
  5. We supplement the okroshka components with chopped dill.
  6. Fill everything with kvass, mix.
  7. We try okroshka on kvass. Add if necessary. You can also add some granulated sugar.
    Quick okroshka with sausage, cucumbers, and eggs is ready.
  8. We pour quick okroshka into plates. Add sour cream (or mayonnaise).
