  • Sour cream 15% – 150 g
  • Green onions – 1 bunch
  • Dill – 1 bunch

  1. Take 3 boiled potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes.
  2. Cut the doctor’s sausage into cubes of about the same size as the potatoes.
  3. Cut 3 pre-boiled eggs into cubes.
  4. We cut the cucumber.
  5. Cut the radish into quarters.
  6. Chop the green onion.
  7. Chop the dill.
  8. Let’s start assembling okroshka. Put potatoes, sausage, eggs, radishes, cucumbers, and herbs into a deep bowl. We mix all the ingredients.
