Fettuccine with Cheese, Sour Cream and Sausages

Fettuccine with cheese, smoked sausages and sour cream is a delicious and interesting dish that is prepared quite quickly and easily. It takes literally 20 minutes to make an unusual sauce, boil pasta, and then mix everything together. And this, you see, is not so much. So such a recipe will certainly come to the rescue of busy hostesses, and those to whom (as it was in my case) guests suddenly appeared.

Ingredients:

  • Fettuccine – 200 g
  • Smoked sausage (or hunting sausages) – 150 g
  • Sour cream – 4-5 tablespoon.
  • Garlic – 3-5 cloves
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Green peas – 2 tablespoon Cheese – 150 g
  • A mixture of peppers , paprika, salt and other spices – to taste
  • Dill greens – a few twigs

Directions:

  1. First of all, we set to cook until fettuccine is ready in salted water (I use durum pasta). In the meantime, they are preparing, during this time we will just have time to make the sauce.
  2. Then we send chopped smoked sausage to the garlic. I used hunting sausages for this.
  3. We fry a little and then throw in green peas (I have canned, but you can also fresh) and processed cheese chopped into pieces (you can hard or suluguni).
  4. Throw in our favorite spices and chopped dill.
  5. Then sour cream. It is best to use fatty sour cream – it has a richer creamy taste
  6. Stir and let it simmer for another 3 minutes over low heat.
  7. By this time, we spread the ready-made fettuccines to the sauce, mix and turn off the heat after a minute.
  8. So, unusually delicious fettuccine with cheese, sausage and sour cream is ready! As you can see, they prepare quickly and easily.
