Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (fettuccine with red, hot pepper)
  • 250 g pasta (fettuccine with arlic and basil)
  • 1 pack salmon steak (s) each with 4 fish fillets
  • 1 pack steak (s) (tuna) each with 4 fish fillets
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 125 g double cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 lemon (s), some juice from it
  • 0.33 pack herbs, mixed (8 herbs, frozen)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine separately in two pots in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Arrange on plates.
  2. Then season the salmon steaks and fry them in hot oil in a pan. Now season the tuna steaks and fry them in hot oil. Pour the sour cream and sour cream into the roast. Drizzle in some lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and a little curry powder. Then add the double cream cheese with herbs and stir. Thus the sauce is thickened at the same time. Finally mix in the eight kinds of herbs.
  3. Place the fish steaks on top of the pasta and distribute the finished sauce over the fish and pasta. Serve immediately.
