Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 bunch herbs, e.g. dill, parsley, chervil, chives, sorrel etc.
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
- 1 shot milk, if necessary
- 1 teaspoon mustard, to taste

- Boil the potatoes, let them cool and peel them. Cut into larger cubes. Finely chop the herbs and mix well with the sour cream and sour cream.
