- 2 apples
- 3 banana (s)
- 1 grapes
- 1 mango (s)
- 1 lemon (s)
- 0.5 ½ bottle juice, (multivitamin juice)

- Peel and chop the apples, as well as the mango. Remove the peel of the watermelon and dice the pulp. Pluck the grapes from the stalks.
