Fruit Salad “Tropical”

The bright color and delicate pulp of tropical fruits, their amazing taste, and aroma – all this is combined in an amazing fruit salad “Tropical”.

Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Medium mango – 1 pc.
- Small pineapple – 1 pc.
- Kiwi large – 1 pc.
- Juice of 1 orange – about 100 g
- Juice of 1 lime – about 50 g
- or lemon juice – to taste
- Passion fruit (if possible) – 1 pc.
- Fresh mint – 1 sprig or to taste
Directions
- Peel the mango, pineapple, and kiwi. Cut the fruit into slices.
- Arrange the fruits in a mixing dish or in a flat salad bowl.
- Drizzle with orange and lime juice (or lemon juice to taste).
- Cut the passion fruit (if available) in half and place the pulp on top of the fruit.
- Sprinkle thinly sliced mint leaves on the Tropical Fruit Salad.
