Ingredients

  • 125 g mararine
  • 60 g honey
  • 120 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet gingerbread spices
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • Cake icing, (chocolate icing)

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine with the sugar, honey and eggs until frothy. Sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder, cocoa and gingerbread spice. Alternately add a little flour and milk to the dough until nothing is left.
  2. Fill the muffin cases with the batter and bake the tartlets at 200 degrees (preheated) for about 15 minutes.
  3. Cover with chocolate icing.
