Homemade Sprat and Canned Beans Pate with Boiled Eggs

Almost everyone has a jar of sprat and canned beans in reserve at home. 🙂 Prepare sprat pate according to this recipe. Great snack in 20 minutes.

- Boil hard-boiled eggs (8-10 minutes after boiling). Cool boiled eggs in cold water.
- Put the sprats in a bowl without oil.
- Add canned beans.
- Grind the sprats with beans with a hand blender until smooth.
- Rinse and chop green onions and dill.
- Peel and dice the eggs.
- Add herbs and eggs to the sprat pate with canned beans. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix. To taste, you can add a little oil from the tin where the sprats were.
