Homemade Sprat and Canned Beans Pate with Boiled Eggs

Almost everyone has a jar of sprat and canned beans in reserve at home. πŸ™‚ Prepare sprat pate according to this recipe. Great snack in 20 minutes.

Cook: 20 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Sprats – 240 g (1 can)
  • Canned beans – 3-4 tbsp
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Green onion – 2-3 feathers (to taste)
  • Fresh dill – 0.5 bunch (to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs (8-10 minutes after boiling). Cool boiled eggs in cold water.
  2. Put the sprats in a bowl without oil.
  3. Add canned beans.
  4. Grind the sprats with beans with a hand blender until smooth.
  5. Rinse and chop green onions and dill.
  6. Peel and dice the eggs.
  7. Add herbs and eggs to the sprat pate with canned beans. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Mix. To taste, you can add a little oil from the tin where the sprats were.
