- 1 lime (s) (organic)
- 2 teaspoons cane sugar, brown
- 3 cl lime juice, also freshly squeezed
- Lemonade, ice cold, to be poured on
- Ice, crushed

- Wash the lime and cut into eighths. Put in a glass, sprinkle with the cane sugar and crush well with a pestle.
- Fill the glass about halfway with crushed ice and pour the lime juice over it. Stir everything briefly once. Pour lemonade into the drink and then serve with drinking straws.
