Ingredients
- 150 ml coffee, cold
- 100 ml milk
- 50 ml egg liqueur
- 1 scoop vanilla
- Whipped cream as desired

- Mix the egg liqueur with the milk and 2 ice cubes with the help of a hand blender, mixer or ice blender (the ice should be crushed properly - or you can use crushed ice right away), then add the coffee and mix again briefly.
- Put a scoop of ice cream in a larger glass (should hold approx. 400 ml), pour the coffee mixture over it and decorate with a cherry on top. If you like, sprinkle some cocoa over it or let some egg liqueur run on the cream. Enjoy it right away!
